Our executive coaching are primarily dedicated to development, to the
undertaking of a new position, to the management of complex situations and to periods of integration and transition.

How ?
The coachee must be voluntary and must choose his or her coach.
1. The coachee defines the objectives of the coaching along with the coach
and their manager/HR representative.
2. The coachee goes through ten sessions of two to three hours each in our
facilities.
3. The coaching program concludes with a final tripartite
interview.
