Both CCTI^® and TypeCoach are typological indicators that find their roots in C. G. Jung’s Psychological Types, to the same degree as the MBTI^® and Golden^® indicators:

• To put the knowledge of CCTI^®/TypeCoach personality types to the service of individual accompaniment.
• To practice typological discovery sessions in one to one or group scenarios.
• To benefit from having access to different Osiris tools such as CCTI^® questionnaires (both in English and French) and the TypeCoach platform with its multiple online pedagogical resources (with more than 10 languages available).

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or many years of HR experience.
• A one-on-one interview may be organized with the trainer to ensure the trainee’s motivations and expectations.
• A preliminary questionnaire will be sent upon registration in order to gather your expectations and get to know you better.

The validation of acquired skills for certification includes:

Participation in the 2 training modules and completion of intersession work. Written test: multiple-choice exam – Duration: 1 hour / last day of training –
Criteria: Answer a multiple-choice questionnaire (38 questions) including some eliminatory questions.
Oral test: professional role-play in front of a jury.
Duration: 45 minutes – Mode: remote via videoconference – Dates according to Osiris’ proposals a few days after the training, in front of a jury composed of a trainer and an external certified professional.
Evaluation criteria: conduct a discovery interview or type verification with a volunteer selected by the academy and present the temperaments using a PPT presentation.

The certification​ ​

• After having validated the acquired notions, this course gives access to the CCTI^® questionnaires and the TypeCoach platform.​
• Pre-requisite for the Intelligence of Self^® professional coach course. Three type discovery interviews with CCTI^® indicator to carry out + a theory assessment at the end of the last module.
